Socodec Exim is engaged in the export, import, and supply of industrial products, machinery, factory tools, safety equipment, electrical and mechanical materials for various industries. ([Socodec Exim][1])

## Position: Purchase Executive

Experience: 2 – 5 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

### Key Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement and vendor coordination activities.

• Source materials, equipment, and industrial products as per purchase requirements.

• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.

• Follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries.

• Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal departments for material planning and requirements.

• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

### Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.

• Experience in industrial trading, engineering, manufacturing, export-import, electrical, mechanical, or allied industries will be preferred.

• Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

• Knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
