We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our hotel operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality products, negotiating with vendors, maintaining inventory coordination, and ensuring timely purchasing of hotel supplies while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase hotel supplies, food items, housekeeping materials, and operational goods
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations and deliveries
Compare prices and negotiate the best deals
Maintain purchase records, invoices, and stock reports
Ensure timely availability of required materials
Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstocking
Work closely with accounts, kitchen, housekeeping, and store departments
Ensure quality standards and cost control in all purchases
Requirements:
Experience in hotel or hospitality purchasing preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of inventory and vendor management
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, billing/software systems)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
