We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at Siddab Ventures Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Source new suppliers and vendors for grocery, FMCG and general provision products.
Collect quotations and compare prices, quality and payment terms.
Negotiate prices and finalize purchase orders.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability and delivery schedules.
Maintain purchase records, supplier details and price lists in Excel or Google Sheets.
Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for stock, invoices and purchase payments.
Follow up on pending orders and maintain good vendor relationships.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
