Primary Responsibilities:

1. Procurement & Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, OEMs (Original Equipment

Manufacturers), and vendors both locally and globally through online search

Platforms (B2B portals, LinkedIn, company websites, directories, etc.).

2. Online Product & OEM Sourcing

• Perform deep internet research to find and validate potential OEMs for specific

Products.

3. Negotiation & Cost Optimization

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and service agreements

4. Purchase Planning & Inventory Control

• Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to track stock levels and

generate purchase orders.

5. Communication & Coordination

• Maintain clear and professional communication with internal departments

and external vendors.

6. AI Tools & Automation

• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Excel Copilot, or AI-based procurement

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
