Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery speed.
Negotiate purchase terms and conditions, including pricing and delivery schedules.
Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed to avoid shortages.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.
Maintain and update records of all purchasing transactions, supplier contracts, and
agreements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure long-term
partnerships.
Work with internal teams to understand their requirements and provide support for
their procurement needs.
Resolve any issues related to orders, such as delivery delays or discrepancies in
quality or quantity.
Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, costs, and supplier performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven 2+yrs. experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in Civil or
Manufacturing industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in using purchasing software and Tally.
Experience from Civil background.
