We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at Saksham Infra Solution Private Limited. The Interior Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the procurement of materials, furniture, fixtures, lighting, hardware, and other items required for interior design and fit-out projects. The role involves vendor management, cost negotiation, inventory coordination, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards and project budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Source and procure interior materials, furniture, furnishings, lighting, hardware, and décor items.
Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with new and existing vendors.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely order placement.
Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, and site teams to understand material requirements.
Track order status and ensure on-time delivery to project sites.
Verify received materials against purchase orders and quality specifications.
Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when required.
Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, damaged materials, or supplier discrepancies.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budget requirements.
Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and vendor performance evaluations.
Assist in cost optimization and value engineering without compromising quality.
