• Communicate with vendors, transporters, and drivers to ensure timely deliveries.\

• Negotiate payment terms and freight charges with dispatch partners/drivers.

• Calculate and verify freight charges for different vehicle types.

• Maintain records of dispatches, payments, and delivery documents.

• Ensure accuracy in billing, cost control, and timely payment settlements.

• Support purchase department in optimizing delivery efficiency.

• Handle escalations/delivery-related queries in a professional manner.
