We are looking for a proactive and organised Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for robotics, automation, and electronic components. The role involves handling purchases from local suppliers as well as overseas partners and vendors, ensuring the timely availability of quality materials at the best possible rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end purchase operations for both domestic and international suppliers.

• Identify reliable vendors, negotiate prices, and maintain good supplier relationships.

• Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Coordinate with the logistics team for import documentation and shipment tracking.

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders based on stock requirements.

• Compare quotations and prepare a cost analysis for management approval.

• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and vendor contracts.

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards.
