As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Key Responsibilities:

- Source and procure materials, goods, and services as per company requirements

- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery

- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and stay updated on market trends

- Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement aligns with company needs

- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing (freshers can apply, but prior experience is preferred)

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic knowledge of procurement principles and practices

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
