• Sourcing and Vendor Management:

  Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing existing vendor relationships. 

• Cost Analysis and Negotiation:

  Analyzing market trends, pricing, and product availability to negotiate favorable terms and secure cost-effective deals. 

• Order Placement and Tracking:

  Placing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to meet internal requirements. 

• Inventory Management:

  Monitoring stock levels, placing orders to avoid shortages, and managing inventory to optimize storage and efficiency. 

• Record Keeping and Reporting:

  Maintaining detailed records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information, and generating reports on cost analyses and procurement performance. 

• Compliance and Risk Management:

  Ensuring adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards, and identifying and mitigating risks within the procurement process. 

• Collaboration and Communication:

  Collaborating with internal departments (Finance, Production, Quality Assurance) and external suppliers to ensure seamless procurement operations.
