Key responsibilities
Inventory management: Maintain precise records of all materials, tools, and equipment. Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking and initiate reorders as needed.
Receiving materials: Accept incoming materials from vendors, verify their quality and quantity against purchase orders, and record them in the appropriate documentation like the Goods Received Note (GRN).
Storage and organization: Arrange and store materials in an organized, safe, and accessible manner to prevent damage or loss. Ensure the store is kept clean and complies with safety regulations.
