Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities and vendor coordination at Oswal Pumps Limited. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good communication abilities, and hands-on experience with Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, quotations, and related documentation.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store and production departments for material requirements.

• Track purchase status, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate purchase records and ensure timely updates in the system.

• Generate regular reports using Advanced Excel for management review.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com / BBA).

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in purchase/procurement.

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Analysis, etc.).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Female candidates preferred.
