Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to manage the sourcing of ingredients, packaging materials, and other essential supplies. This role requires strong negotiation skills, vendor management capabilities, and an understanding of the food supply and procurement ecosystem. The ideal candidate will ensure timely purchasing, maintain cost efficiency, and support smooth production operations across our partner kitchens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, pricing, and reliability.

• Create and process purchase orders in coordination with internal teams.

• Track order status and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.

• Maintain updated records of purchased items and pricing.

• Coordinate with finance for invoice clearance and payment cycles.

• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP systems preferred

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
