Key Responsibilities
Vendor Onboarding & Training
Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors/suppliers for R&M, courier, and utility services.
Collect, verify, and maintain all legal and compliance documentation from vendors.
Conduct vendor induction and training on company processes, SOPs, service quality standards, billing, and reporting formats.
Regularly communicate updates or changes in processes to vendor partners.
Service Operations Management
Coordinate daily service requests and ensure timely execution through vendors.
Monitor SLAs and TAT for all services and ensure issue resolution within timelines.
Support internal teams and clients with service status updates and escalations.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain updated vendor database and onboarding records.
Ensure all vendors comply with required certifications, insurance, and safety norms.
Support audit requirements with accurate documentation and process adherence.
MIS & Reporting
Track and report on vendor performance metrics.
Generate weekly/monthly service delivery and vendor compliance reports.
Highlight delays, gaps, or escalations and suggest corrective measures.
