Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, maintain purchase records, coordinate with vendors, and support purchase accounting. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor management, invoice processing, GST knowledge, and proficiency in MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Procure materials and services as per company requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and timely deliveries.
Maintain vendor records, purchase orders, and purchase documentation.
Verify and maintain vendor bills, cash bills, and purchase invoices.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all purchase-related records.
Reconcile vendor statements and coordinate with the Accounts team for payments.
Maintain accurate purchase MIS reports using MS Excel.
Assist in GST-related purchase documentation and invoice verification.
Track pending purchase orders and follow up with vendors.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role.
Good knowledge of GST and purchase invoice documentation.
Experience in maintaining vendor bills and cash bills.
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
