Purchase Job Description:
Sourcing and evaluating suppliers for various materials and products.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Place and track orders to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase records, including supplier contracts and invoices.
Communicate with internal teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
Preparing quotations and sharing them with Sales team for further process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manage vendor performance to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
