Job Profile :- PURCHASE COORDINATOR

Responsibilities

·         Responsible for maintaining accurate and timely purchase order processing.

• Creates accurate purchase orders by verifying specifications and pricing of the products.

• Submit all purchase orders created to vendors and follows up to ensure receipt through phone calls.

• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities and item details)and expected delivery dates from vendors on orders in Excel.

• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders through phone calls.

• Reconcile customer material billing.

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery and trace freight through phone calls.

• Coordinate with transporters through phone calls.

·         Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.

Requirements

• Good MS Excel. (Should know how to use the Home ribbon in excel- Sheet Formatting, Formulas and Filters).

• Comfortable in talking over phone calls for coordination.

• English writing and reading for drafting Mails.

• Ability to multitask

• Proven experience in handling purchase backend work; experience as a purchase coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus fresher’s would also be entertained.

• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

• A team player with high level of dedication

Experience :- 2 years

Salary :- 15 to 20k
