Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying reliable vendors and suppliers for medical and pharmaceutical products.

• Prepare and process purchase orders based on stock requirements and sales trends.

• Follow up with suppliers regarding order status, deliveries, and discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.

• Ensure procurement is done in accordance with the company’s policies and budgets.

• Resolve invoice or delivery issues in coordination with the accounts and logistics teams.

• Support in negotiating prices and contracts under the guidance of the purchase manager.

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors for better terms and service.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree (B.Com, B.Sc., or equivalent preferred).

• 1-2 years of experience in a purchase or procurement role, preferably in pharma or medical wholesale.

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products is a plus.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
