Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery

• Collect and compare quotations from multiple vendors

• Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and price lists

• Coordinate with Accounts for invoice and payment processing

• Communicate with vendors and resolve basic supply issues

• Collaborate with Stores and Production teams for material planning

• Ensure timely supply of materials to avoid production delays

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline

• 1–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
