Job Summary:
Assist the purchase team in sourcing materials, processing purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in raising and tracking purchase orders
Coordinate with vendors for quotations and deliveries
Maintain purchase records and documentation
Follow up on pending orders and payments
Support inventory and stock-related activities
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
0–1 year experience / Freshers can apply
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and procurement processes
Good communication and coordination skills
