Purchase Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle purchase activities related to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products. The role involves handling vendor coordination, order processing, and ensuring timely procurement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Find and coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers through platforms like Indiamart.

• Manage purchase requirements shared by the Sales/Business Development team for third-party manufacturing and PCD.

• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).

• Collect quotations, compare pricing, and finalize suppliers.

• Maintain and update purchase records in Excel.

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.

Who Can Apply:

✔ Education: Any graduate (B. Pharm. / M. Pharm. / B.Sc. / M.Sc. preferred).
✔ Experience: 6 months+ in purchase/procurement (Freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply).
✔ Skills: Good communication, MS Office knowledge, ability to negotiate and manage vendors.
