Maintain list from approved suppliers

Sending Enquiries to suppliers by mail for getting actions

Negotiating with suppliers in terms of Rate, Delivery and Payment Terms ,Preparing Comparison Chart & make purchase order

Checking purchase orders and get approval then send it to supplier

Follow-up with suppliers, stores for delivery of raw material

Checking Availability and maintain data of raw materials

Do local purchase, cash purchase for urgent items

Developing new vendors for cost cutting

Do Market Research

Arranging Transporters (Logistics)

Develop new Transporters

Travel within and out of India for developing new vendors
