* Manage end-to-end procurement of dry fruits and FMCG items

* Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers

* Issue purchase orders and track order status

* Maintain proper records of purchases, pricing, and inventory

* Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounts departments

* Ensure timely delivery and follow up with suppliers

* Keep up with market trends, seasonal pricing, and new vendors

* Implement cost-saving procurement strategies

* Ensure quality standards are met before accepting materials

### ✅ **Required Qualifications & Skills:**

* Minimum 1-3 years experience in purchasing (preferably in dry fruits/FMCG sector)

* Strong vendor network and negotiation skills

* Good knowledge of local and import sourcing

* Proficiency in MS Excel, purchase software, or ERP systems

* Ability to handle high-volume procurement with accuracy

* Strong organizational and communication skills

* Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management preferred
