Position Title: Purchase Executive

Department: Asset Maintenance

Location: Kandivali / Naigaon / Virar

Republic of Karting is looking for a proactive Purchase Executive to optimize purchase operations within our Asset Maintenance department. This role involves coordinating with technicians, managing spare parts, liaising with suppliers, and overseeing logistics. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for Go-Karting.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination & Communication: Primary liaison for maintenance, purchase orders, and spare parts.

• Maintenance Support: Ensure timely inspections and servicing of karts and equipment.

• Spares Management: Manage inventory, monitor stock, procure parts, and conduct asset audits.

• Purchase Assistance: Aid in purchase order preparation, coordinate deliveries, and contribute to vendor negotiations.

• Track Setup: Support setup of existing and new tracks.

• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all purchases, maintenance, and inventory.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years in operations, maintenance management, or supply chain/logistics, preferably in automotive or recreational industry.

• Education: Graduate or Bachelor's degree (12+3) in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with inventory management software. Ability to work autonomously across multiple locations.

• Attributes: Proactive problem-solver, adaptable, passionate about motorsports/Go-Karting, and willing to travel.

• Physical Requirements: Comfortable in a hands-on environment. Occasional travel, including potential weekend/after-hours availability.

Additional Information:

• Location Flexibility: Proximity to Vasai beneficial; occasional visits to Mumbai tracks.

• Work Hours: Full-time with potential for extended hours.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
