Communicate and coordinate with all vendors regarding purchase inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
Visit vendors, suppliers, or local markets to source materials as per purchase requirements.
Collect goods from vendors and ensure safe transportation to the warehouse.
Assist in unloading, checking, and placing goods properly in the designated warehouse areas.
Maintain records of purchased goods, delivery receipts, and vendor documents.
Support in comparing vendor quotations and preparing purchase-related documentation.
Assist the Purchase Manager in daily procurement activities and urgent purchase requirements.
Track inventory levels and notify the team for timely replenishment when required.
Resolve basic issues related to deliveries, shortages, or quality mismatches by coordinating with vendors.
Perform other purchase and field-related tasks as assigned by the management.
