Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at Leshrac Electricals Pvt. Ltd. with 4–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably from the electrical or engineering industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills, along with a working knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and professional email communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure electrical components, raw materials, and project-related items.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers.

Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in Tally or ERP systems.

Maintain accurate records of quotations, POs, invoices, and supplier data.

Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.

Coordinate with the stores, accounts, and production departments to track material requirements and stock levels.

Evaluate and onboard new suppliers based on quality, pricing, and reliability.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.

Prepare and maintain purchase reports in Excel and submit them to the management periodically.

Requirements:

Graduate or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Supply Chain / Commerce or related field.

4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in purchasing, preferably in the electrical industry.

Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills are a must.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Email Communication, and Tally / ERP systems.

Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
