Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchaser/Procurement Executive to manage the company’s procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality products and services, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining cost-effectiveness and efficiency in the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify reliable suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Request and review quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize purchase terms.

• Raise and process purchase orders (POs) in line with organizational requirements.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.

• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., stores, accounts, production) to understand requirements.

• Track deliveries and ensure goods are received in good condition and on time.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and other relevant data.

• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, timeliness, and service.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (Freshers with strong willingness to learn may also apply)
