  • Handle procurement of electrical, civil, and project-related materials.

  • Identify vendors, obtain quotations, and negotiate prices.

  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery.

  • Coordinate with project sites for urgent material requirements.

  • Follow up with vendors and transporters for timely supplies.

  • Maintain procurement records, vendor details, and MIS reports.

  • Ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality.

  • Coordinate with the SCM Manager and project teams.
