Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors and suppliers.Raise purchase orders (PO) and ensure timely delivery of materials.Track orders and ensure timely delivery to avoid production delays.Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.Work closely with inventory, production, and accounts teams to ensure alignment.Inspect goods upon delivery and report any issues or discrepancies.Coordinate with suppliers for replacement or returns of defective materials.Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain inventory levels.Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new suppliers.
