Job Summary:

HunyHuny is seeking a smart and detail-oriented Purchase Executive (Fresher) to join our growing procurement team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start a career in purchase and supply chain operations. You'll be responsible for assisting in procurement activities, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of quality materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying, sourcing, and evaluating potential vendors and suppliers.

• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order confirmations, and delivery timelines.

• Maintain and update purchase records, reports, and documentation.

• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages and overstocking.

• Support internal teams with purchase requirements and track order status.

• Ensure timely follow-ups for materials and service-related procurement.

• Help identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA/BCom preferred).

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic understanding of procurement cycles, purchase orders, and documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP software is a plus.

• High attention to detail, responsibility, and a willingness to learn.

• Interest in the baby product or furniture industry is advantageous.
