About the role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented purchase in-charge to join our procurement team. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in purchasing and supply chain operations within the industrial sector.

Responsibilities

· Assist in sourcing and evaluating potential vendors and suppliers

· Compare and analyze offers from suppliers to determine the best options

· Maintain and update records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels

· Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures

· Prepare and maintain purchase documentation, including purchase orders, vendor contracts, and invoices

· Assist in budget planning by analyzing procurement costs and providing cost-effective solutions
