Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability

• Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders

• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors

• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and supplier details

• Ensure timely delivery of materials and follow up with vendors

• Coordinate with stores, accounts, and production departments

• Monitor stock levels and plan purchases accordingly

• Verify invoices and assist in payment processing

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies

• Handle vendor performance evaluation and issue resolution

• Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Knowledge of procurement procedures and documentation

  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems

  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines

Job Requirements:

• Any degree , or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement preferred)

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
