The role involves responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials and services at the best value while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and compliance with company policies. The position offers a ₹15000 - ₹20000 salary.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors/suppliers
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely follow-up
Coordinate with stores, accounts, and project teams
Ensure material quality, quantity, and delivery schedules
Maintain purchase records and vendor database
Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages/excess
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; supply chain preferred)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of ERP/MS Excel
Ability to work with vendors and internal teams
