A Purchase Executive is a strategic procurement professional responsible for acquiring goods and services at the best possible value. They handle the entire procurement lifecycle, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations to support organizational objectives. Salary Range is between 20,000 to 25,000
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Sourcing & Evaluation: Research, identify, and evaluate potential vendors to build a reliable network of suppliers.
Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract agreements to minimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
Order Processing: Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders (POs) to ensure materials are delivered on time.
Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels and forecast purchasing needs to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with production, finance, and other internal teams to understand and fulfill their material requirements.
Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier performance. Create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
