Key Responsibilities – Purchasing: ● Source materials from approved vendors as per BOQ ● Generate purchase orders with the accounts team after approval ● Negotiate rates and ensure cost efficiency ● Track material delivery schedules and coordinate with site staff/store ● Maintain vendor database and price records ● Ensure material quality and compliance with specifications SOP & Process Compliance: ● Strictly follow company SOPs for BOQ preparation, procurement, approvals, and documentation ● Maintain proper records for audits and internal reviews Computer Skills: ● Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets (BOQs, comparisons, costing) ● Email drafting and professional communication ● Working knowledge of MS Word / Google Docs Communication Skills: ● Good written and verbal communication skills ● Hindi proficiency mandatory (spoken and written) ● English reading and writing mandatory Personal Attributes: ● Detail-oriented and methodical ● Strong coordination and follow-up skills ● Cost-conscious with a problem-solving mindset ● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
