Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure timely availability of materials and services. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of the supply chain process, and the ability to manage cost-effective purchasing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors based on price, quality, and delivery time.

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with vendors and suppliers.

• Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

• Track and resolve any issues related to delays, shortages, or damaged goods.

• Collaborate with finance, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure seamless procurement.

• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities to management.

• Visit vendors
