Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive Assistant to support our purchasing and procurement activities. The ideal candidate will assist in managing supplier relationships, preparing purchase orders, maintaining records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Assist the Purchase Executive in day-to-day procurement operations.
Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and supplier agreements.
Maintain and update vendor and supplier databases.
Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation and on-time delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand material and product requirements.
Compare prices, specifications, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effective purchases.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of all purchasing records.
Track inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
Handle correspondence and communication with suppliers and vendors.
Assist in preparing purchase reports and analyzing data for management review.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
Knowledge of procurement policies and documentation.
Team-oriented and proactive attitude.
