Position: Purchase & Accounts Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Order Entry and maintaining accurate sales records.
Purchase Order Entry and processing vendor transactions.
Recording purchase and sales invoices in Tally.
Maintaining day-to-day accounting entries and supporting documentation.
Reconciliation of accounts, vendor ledgers, and customer ledgers.
Coordinating with vendors and internal departments for purchase-related activities.
Ensuring proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Assisting in monthly closing and preparing reports as required.
