We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase & Billing Executive to manage procurement, vendor coordination, and billing operations. The ideal candidate will handle purchase orders, maintain inventory records, and ensure accurate and timely billing and documentation.
Identify and source suppliers/vendors for materials and services.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and prepare purchase orders.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of goods and materials.
Coordinate with the accounts and inventory teams for material receipt and payments.
Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately and on time.
Verify purchase bills and match them with purchase orders and GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes).
Maintain proper filing of all bills, vouchers, and related documents.
Reconcile purchase and sales data with accounts periodically.
Support the finance team with data for audits and reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in purchase, billing, or accounts.
Knowledge of MS Office and ERP / Tally / accounting software.
Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Competitive salary: ₹25,000–₹29,000 per month]
