Job Description

A. Procurement and Purchasing

Plan and execute purchase of RM, PM, consumables, and spares.

Place daily purchase orders for fresh, short-shelf-life ingredients (e.g., vegetables, dairy etc)

Actively follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of all scheduled materials

Expedite critical materials and resolve any immediate supply shortages or delays.

Coordinate with the QA team on any quality issues with incoming materials from suppliers

B. Vendor Management and Development

Vendor identification, negotiation, and relationship management

Research and identify potential new vendors to enhance the supplier base.

Conduct a formal monthly performance review of key suppliers using a scorecard system
