Job Title: Purchase Executive/ Manager( female)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Manager to handle end-to-end procurement activities for medical equipment, surgical items, and consumables. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, cost optimization, inventory control, and ensuring timely availability of materials to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals

·        Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers

·        Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve cost savings

·        Manage purchase orders, ensure timely delivery, and resolve discrepancies

·        Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance

·        Track inventory levels and coordinate with stores to avoid stock shortages

·        Ensure quality compliance of all purchased materials as per healthcare standards

·        Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and vendor data

·        Analyse procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction

·        Coordinate with internal departments (operations, accounts, stores) for requirements

·        Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance

·        Handle audits related to procurement and inventory

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Commerce / Business Administration

2–8 years of experience in procurement (preferably healthcare / medical industry)

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

Knowledge of inventory management and purchase systems

Good understanding of medical/surgical products (preferred)

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems

Strong analytical and decision-making skills
