Purchase Executive

The Purchasing Department of the EMS company is responsible for the procurement of high-quality materials and components necessary for electronic manufacturing. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Electronic Components: ICs, resistors, capacitors, connectors, relays, sensors, etc.

• PCBs: Bare printed circuit boards sourced from approved vendors.

• Mechanical Parts: Enclosures, metal housings, fasteners, gaskets.

• Raw Materials: Soldering materials, adhesives, thermal pastes, and other consumables.

• Tooling and Fixtures: Specialized tools, jigs, and test fixtures for assembly and testing.

• Equipment and Machinery: SMT machines, AOI systems, X-ray inspection, wave soldering machines.

Key Activities:

• Vendor selection and evaluation.

• Price negotiation and cost control.

• Ensuring timely deliveries to avoid production delays.

• Inventory management aligned with production planning.

• Compliance with industry standards (e.g., RoHS, REACH).
