Purchase Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive with sound knowledge of computer parts and hardware components, and experience in managing purchase and sales entries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying the best suppliers, negotiating deals, and ensuring timely procurement while maintaining accurate inventory and accounts data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and source vendors for IT hardware products including desktops, laptops, motherboards, RAM, SSDs, networking items, etc.

• Request and compare quotations from multiple vendors to ensure best pricing and quality.

• Process purchase orders and coordinate delivery timelines.

• Maintain purchase and sales records in accounting software (Tally preferred).

• Coordinate with store and service departments to track stock movement and requirements.

• Ensure timely follow-up with vendors for pending deliveries and resolve discrepancies in invoices or stock.

• Maintain proper documentation of all procurement-related transactions.

• Monitor inventory levels and raise alerts for reordering.

• Work closely with accounts and operations teams for seamless inward-outward entries and billing.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
