Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities for water and wastewater treatment projects. The role involves sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment, spare parts, and consumables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers for pumps, valves, membranes, instruments, and other water treatment components.

• Prepare and process purchase orders as per project requirements.

• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the stores and project teams.

• Ensure quality and timely procurement to meet project deadlines.

• Maintain purchase records and vendor database.

• Coordinate with accounts for payments and documentation.

Key Skills:

• Good knowledge of procurement and vendor management.

• Familiarity with water/wastewater treatment equipment and materials.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• MS Office and ERP knowledge (Tally/SAP preferred).

• Attention to detail and time management.

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement (preferably in water or engineering industry).

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
