we are looking for junior purchase executive in our team Amkey product this role involves:
Vendor Communication: Communicating with suppliers/vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate prices,
and place orders for goods or services.
Purchase Order Management: Creating and managing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in terms of
items, quantities, prices, and delivery schedules.
Supplier Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure
timely delivery of quality goods/services and resolve any issues that may arise.
Cost Analysis: Analyzing costs associated with procurement activities to identify cost‐saving
opportunities and optimize procurement processes.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of purchases, contracts, and
agreements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborating with other departments such as finance,
logistics, and production to ensure seamless procurement processes and alignment with organizational
goals.
Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of purchased goods/services to ensure they meet the required
standards and specifications.
