Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
Obtain quotations, compare offers, and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
Maintain supplier database and update records of purchases, pricing, and other details.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse teams to ensure optimum inventory.
Ensure procurement complies with company policies, quality standards, and legal requirements.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims.
Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Accounts, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and new suppliers.
Support in cost control and budget preparation related to procurement.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
4–8 years of experience in procurement/purchase (industry-specific experience preferred).
Knowledge of vendor management and contract management.
Preference to Local candidates and immediate joiners.
