Purchase Executive

• Understand Project requirements.

• Identifying and selecting vendors and suppliers who can provide required materials at competitive prices.

• Develop strong relationships with suppliers through effective communication to negotiate favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules

• Co-ordinate with Estimation and Project Execution Team to plan and proceed purchase orders.

• Keeping detailed records of purchases, including vendor information, purchase orders, and delivery information

• Analyze procurement data and prepare reports for management to track performance and identify areas for improvement
