Key Responsibilities:
Identify and establish relationships with suppliers and vendors who can provide the necessary construction materials, equipment, and supplies.
Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (PO) of Materials
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track stock levels of essential materials, and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages and delays.
Maintain thorough and organized records of all procurement activities including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
Collaborate closely with project Manager, planning Engineer and others to understand project requirements and ensure that materials are delivered on time and to the right location.
Coordinate for arrange transportation and logistics for the delivery of materials to construction sites, optimizing delivery schedules to minimize downtime.
Handle communication with suppliers and internal departments
Address any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the procurement process, such as delays, damaged goods, or pricing disputes, and work to find Solutions.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
