Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team AVR INFRASPACE PVT. LTD. The role involves sourcing quality materials, negotiating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery for all projects and operational needs. The position offers In Hand Salary and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase construction materials including cement, steel, fittings, electrical, plumbing, etc.

• Evaluate vendor capabilities, compare quotations, and negotiate prices and terms.

• Coordinate with site engineers / project managers to understand material requirements.

• Track deliveries, ensure quality standards, and manage material inventory levels.

• Ensure timely replenishment of recurring items to avoid shortages.

• Maintain purchase records, contracts, and approvals in coordination with the Purchase Manager.

• Conduct market research for cost-effective sourcing strategies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.

• Work closely with Accounts, Admin, and Operations teams for smooth functioning.

• Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality.

  Job Requirements:

  The minimum qualification for this role is Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, with exposure to construction industry. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 4 - 5 years of experience.
