Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting quotations and best rates from approved and new vendors.

• Comparing prices, delivery time, and terms in rate comparison sheets.

• Coordinating with operations and sales teams to fulfill order requirements.

• Maintaining vendor master database and keeping track of price trends.

• Sending formal enquiries via email/WhatsApp and following up for replies.

• Assisting in final vendor selection with cost and quality in mind.

• Supporting import purchases with required documentation and follow-ups.

• Negotiating basic payment terms and delivery schedules.

• Tracking pending enquiries and ensuring timely closure.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of electrical components (preferred).

• Good communication (email & verbal).

• MS Excel / Google Sheets (for quotation comparison).

• Time management and vendor coordination.

Education & Experience:

• Graduate in Business, Commerce, or Engineering.

• 3-5 years experience in purchase or sourcing (preferably in a trading firm).

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
